    I love this redesign. It is so much more inspired, and it gives a vibe that I think could excite people about this course. When I look at the original, the title of the course seems fun, but what does not seem fun is the block of text describing it, because I do not have the time. In the redesign, the picture is enough to get me interested in what HIST 414 has to offer. Great job!

Documentary Project Reflection

While watching the documentary, I felt a very strong attachment to the film that in most parts I had to pause and take a breath. During the end of the film I started to cry because I know this was a wonderful documentary but I also know that nothing will be done about the coral bleaching… This is the film that actually motivated me to travel to exotic places and see the things that may not be there in a couple years. I would really like to go see the great barrier reef but I am now afraid that it will soon not be there. How to Parallel Park

Growing up, I have always been the driver for my family and friends because I enjoyed driving. But there was one thing missing from my driving experience that I did not know until I had to take my driving test. I did not know how to parallel park. So when Asked by my test giver, I had to admit that my instructor never told me how to parallel park. I did pass my test, but I want to make sure that more people know before it is too late. Step one: The first step in parallel parking is to drive around the city/town to find a perfect place to practice parallel park. Once you find that perfect spot—preferably with not too many cars around—you will start by checking your rearview mirror to make sure that there is no oncoming traffic from the rear.
